Craving Eating Healthy

I have been reading about foods for breast cancer.

Interesting, that throughout cancer treatment, and now, my body has consistently craved the same things, and I have eaten a LOT of these. I eat other things too, and have my protein drinks/smoothies, but these are the key foods that I craved/crave and sometimes, the only things I wanted to eat when my appetite was very small. I am thankful to have a body that craved a limited number of healthy foods instead of junk:

  • Papaya
  • Raspberries
  • Avocado
  • Organic Coconut Oil
  • Organic Macintosh Apples (no other apples will do)
  • Wild Blueberries
  • Kale
  • Baby Spring Greens
  • Pomegranate
  • Macadamia Nuts

There you have it. Eat healthy, before, during and after breast cancer treatment.
